Datainsure

Never believe a word Datainsure promises about

It has not more than 6 months and I am already fed up with this company. Datainsure is a very cunning organization. Marc Newman is the owner of the company and if you go to their website, you will find huge claims made by Datainsure. However, in reality, they do not meet any promise they make. It all started with calls. These guys used to call me multiple times a day offering some kind of protection plan. At the end of the day, I caught up with their lies and ended up enquiring about the plan they were calling me for.

Once you start showing interest, it ceases to stop. The calls become even more aggressive and these guys keep calling you until you do not fall for their trap. The same happened to me. After I showed interest, they started calling me day in and day out. Just because of their insistence, I agreed on the QuickBooks solution that they offer. However, that did not end well.

I regularly had huge troubles with QuickBooks and I started calling customer care every now and then. The worst part is that it is not easy to reach customer support as it is to reach the sales department of the company. I had to wait in queue for long hours. And, sometimes, it disconnected on its own. And, these guys won’t even call you back.

The first prominent attraction of the company is its highly competitive rates. But that isn’t good enough as they do not keep their promises. They never stick to the rate they agree for. My account was on autopay and guess what? I was getting unexplained deductions on my card. And, this was a common problem with my account. It wasn’t just once or twice. For the entire six months, I had called them for over 10 times for the unexplained deductions.

So, at last, I asked them for the account statement to understand the several deductions made during the period of six months. And, as expected, they ignored my request. Lastly, a few days back, I decided to terminate their services. And, requested to cancel my account with them. So, they charged me with a significant cancellation fee right out of my bank account without any notice.

What bothers me the most is that they never told me in the first place that they had some kind of cancellation charges when I subscribed to their QuickBooks. This is cheating. I even requested for a refund. But they denied. The question is, how can they just draft money without any prior notice and get away with that?

I am not going to watch them scamming me. I am surely going to take this further to justice. They must refund my amount, the ones they charged as a cancellation fee as well as the unexplained deductions before. Or else, they may have to deal with my legal counselor. I am going to get back what rightfully belongs to me.
