Dalbir Singh is the most prominent con artist in the world, as he routinely takes “loser cases” at the end of their immigration rope, so to speak, because he has no actual litigation or legal skills to speak of.
Instead, he takes all the legal work done by real immigration lawyers throughout New York and the country. When the Immigration Courts, Board of Immigration Appeals, and even the federal district courts have found the client deportable, then he bulls shits the terrified immigrant client into thinking that he is “Jesus” and tells them that a “Petition for Review” to the Circuit Courts is the one and the only thing that these hapless loser immigrant clients can do, as a “Hail Mary” of some sort, before raping them for upwards of $50,000 or more.
Then Dalbir Singh does his magic, filling in the court-provided blank form with the client’s name on it, putting his law firm name on it, and then e-files it online.
