Even if it means your child has to starve, don’t use Crest Financial. From what I read, they hide things in the fine print.
From my experience, they let a fraudulent loan get processed using some of my information.
Plenty of others have reviewed them with similar stories of scams or identity theft, like myself. It’s absolutely not worth it.
6 months later and the account was “charged off”. I never opened an account with them.
My information was stolen and I can’t get them off of my credit report.
Do not use Crest Financial to get a loan.
If you happen to get scammed by them through identity theft, don’t contact them.
They will try and scam more information from you.

I worked for this company. They have crazy lease fees and know they are over charging customers. They do not treat employees fairly, and have a HUGE problem with NEPOTISM.
They dont care how hard you work, and if you do work hard they take advantage of you. Really, dont use them or work for them. They claim to be a great company but it is not worth your time!! They just hired tons of people in Jamaica but then laid off everyone else in the states. What a JOKE.

Unethical predatory lending business model. Collections & management doesn’t care what customers they screw, so long as they get the cash. CEO sexually harasses employees on the regular, just wait for a class action lawsuit to be slapped on them eventually.

I’ve bought furniture through them twice they first time i was given a $1200 limit after i paid them off in 90 days (same as cash) They offered me an increase of $3500 I used it to finance about $2900 worth of furniture which i also paid off in 90 days theyre a great company if u need the furniture now but cant pay it all at the time i thought of it
as a layaway while they were deducting about $70 from my bank account weekly my balance was decreasing and I was saving to be able to pay them off by my 90 day due date if u dont pay them off by the 90 days u will be paying double for whatever you financed which really sucks but its like financing anything its a shame they are no longer with badcock if not i would be taking out more furniture with them

I am a dealer that used to have Crest as a Financing tool.
I am a dealer that used to have Crest as a Financing tool. I had a customer get approved for a loan with them, then when I tried to log in to get him his new mattress I was locked out of the system.
I called to find out what was wrong. I was told someone reviewed our account and since some of the customers hadn’t paid off their loans my account was no longer a good fit. How is it my fault that people don’t pay the loan?
So here is my problem, what kind of company doesn’t call to disclose this information as soon as it was reviewed, but instead waited for me to call them. I already has someone approved by your company,

They don’t pay their dealers. Been waiting for almost 2 months for payment for items sold to a customer. They used to be good until about 6 months ago. Stay away.

This company is very Deceiving! When I had signed up I wasn’t given a contract or explain the rules of the 90 day agreement Apparently! Later told me that there was a 10% C charged on top of my products that I was paying for if I had paid it off in the 90 day agreement that was arranged. But I had to call and enquire about this after I had totalled up my payments, I noticed something was off.
They told me That it wasn’t necessary to tell me about the 10% feet additional to what I’m already paying. And this is the 2nd time that I’ve had a problem with this company, in 60 days. The 1st time was when I was told I didn’t have to pay sales tax and simply just pay for the products , which obviously sounded weird. Don’t trust this company. They are manipulative liars who don’t care about their customers.
