Terrible warehouse service. Ordered and paid twice for an outdoor bench. Both times we were told it would be 10 days to 2 weeks. When we returned the 1st time in 3 weeks they said they were out of stock. Ordered a different item and paid again. Also told 10 days to 2 weeks. When we returned in 3 weeks they said it would be another month. And once again they had sold the floor models.
They were very apologetic but had no faith in their ordering and warehouse system.

This company has unethical practices that involve bait n switch tactics which are highly illegal.
The customer service is null from the customer service department to the CEO. Apparently, us customers are a bother. Too many meetings? Last I checked any retail store should be on top of every customer issue.
Crate & Barrel loves to boast about the Lounge II sofa and ottomans. They are not quality, made in N.C but pure junk. Corners of furniture the fabric just tear at the seams and the frame broke all because of manufacture defect.
We bought the Lounge II, two Ottomans, a $450 delivery charge, a Large sheepskin rug, a large area plush rug, and pillows. Charged it all on the new credit we opened with them.
When you attempt to get your furniture serviced you will be told ” We are having trouble finding a furniture medic and will let you know when we do OR you can accept 50% off your purchase for an instore credit and lose the delivery fee. = Bait n Switch
I will be reporting this company to the BBB and the AG of Florida.

Their customer service is horrendous and does not match the price of their furniture at all.
I recently went to Crate and Barrel at the Grove to pick up my furniture only to discover two days later that they only loaded three out of my four boxes in the car. I immediately called them and was told that it was still sitting in the warehouse.
When I asked what happened I was told “I don’t know, I wasn’t there” by the sales rep. No offer to look into it further or even deliver the box to my home. I now have to make two trips out to the store to get all my furniture. Their customer service is horrendous and does not match the price of their furniture at all.
Placed an order online to be picked up, upon arrival I was told that the order had not populated yet and I would need to wait until they got it so I waited and waited and in the mist was told that I would be able to purchase the items and when the order came to cancel.
My card magnet was messed up so ended up wasting time and didn’t get to purchase as they had no way of inputting it manually. So I decided to wait for the original order and at this point everything was in a bag including some items I grabbed at store.
After waiting 2 hours, I called to just purchase it over the phone as they can somehow input your card manually over the phone but not at registers? DeAndre answered the phone and took my number down to find the items and I told her it was ready to go at registers as I was in there 20 minutes prior she said they weren’t and had to look to see if available.
35 minutes later no call so I called back and she told me they were really busy since it’s the holidays *side note (when I was in there 3 associates assisted me since there were max 6 customers in a huge store) and I told her that I knew everything was in stock and in bag waiting she insisted they weren’t.
I headed back and parked and was furious to go and just grab the items myself and to my surprise when I went in there DeAndre was nowhere to be found and the only helpful associate Susan said “oh let me go grab your bags and ring you up” SO ALL THIS TIME THEY WERE THERE AND I LOST EVEN MORE TIME OVER THE PHONE!!! DeAndre probably thought I was not going to be coming in cause when I walked in there was 1 other customer besides me.. busy for the holidays? BS
