Columbus Metro Federal Credit UnionTransfer WITHOUT My Approval
Write a review Review
Columbus Metro Federal Credit Union has a new thieving strategy! My two monthly income checks are deposited directly into my checking account.
You will be charged a 50-dollar fee for any transaction you make if your account balance drops below 100 dollars.
When my two checks were sent, I had a good balance in my checking account.
When I checked my balance ten days later, it showed me that I had only 98 dollars in my checking account.
Most of my money was in savings, and they transferred it without my permission.
If either balance falls below 100 dollars, a $50 fee would be charged.
Do not do business with these thieves unless you have lots of money to give away!

I will NEVER give this institution my business again.
If I could give a negative star, it would be! One of the most frustrating things about doing business with Columbus Metro Credit Union is that they are not open to new customers. I have been denied multiple auto loans, and this bank gave me the worst customer service. It was all horrible, from the poor customer service I received over the phone to the self-centered, snobby teller I met! (Sarcasm).
There are many options to pay off your loan. You can either write a check or pay cash unless you are willing to pay $7.95 more to make your payment.
Their service was so bad that I only received one payment before I refinanced with Wright Patt Credit Union. For many years, this credit union has been my friend, and I have never had any complaints. This mess could have been avoided if the dealership where I bought my car didn’t do business as Wright Patt.
Needless to state, I will never give this institution my business ever again.
They will often transfer you to multiple departments before they can assist you. It wasn’t perfect dealing with this bank.
The customer service was exceptionally lacking.
Customer service was inferior. They were slow to respond and uninterested in answering questions.
