1. I bought a house after the FHA changed its PMI insurance rules.
My loan officer recommended that I pay down the house to 90%. Then, the insurance was canceled. I closed on the closing.
I called to cancel my insurance. I did.
I was told we had sold our rental house and that it had been reduced to 150. That was when I received my first shock.
A letter was sent to me advising that my PMI insurance had been terminated in January 2018.
Now, fast forward, and I receive my January statement. Guess what PMI loan is still available.
I’m OK with it, but not happy.
They called me and told me to pay.
I will also file a claim to find out why they haven’t sent me the letter explaining that the PMI was dropping the loan.
They called me shortly after I had sent the letter.
These guys are not recommended for obtaining a loan.
It can be challenging to get help, let alone find answers.
Use only CO STATE BANCK for trust.
