Dr. Chung Mea
Worst experience ever.
Dr. Chung Mea Ha was on call for my doctor and did not return my call until I called 3 times over an 8 hour period.
She actually hung up on the answering service the first time saying my symptoms post surgery were “normal.” I asked again for a return call and did not get one.
Finally, she called me back and repeatedly told me that I should be seen and there was nothing she could do over the phone.
I pointed out that I may have made different decisions over the course of the day as it was now evening if she would have taken the time to speak with me earlier.
She said that since I had indicated it was “just hot flashes” she didn’t see a reason to call me back.
I told her that I did not respect that as I could not diagnose myself, that was for a doctor to do. She said “I don’t care if you respect me or not” and proceeded to yell at me. I’m recovering from surgery.
I was so shocked that I said that told me all I needed to know and I hung up the phone. The most horrible treatment I have ever received.
I have no idea how this person has a single patient. She should not be making medical decisions for human beings.
