Chumba Casino is a joke I won over 300 dollars tried to cash out all they say is your account is being verified that is bull shit they sure take the money from my account really fast paying out never happened I will never gamble with them again it’s a scam
During pandemic I report to Chumba CSR for the dry bonus run that was never like it used to be, Chumba then deactivate my account because of my repeated demonstrations to them I was put on the 3 months break when they lies i will be able to be bock after the break. What I claimed hold true and can be google for VGW profited 742 Millions during pandemic. I am an honest, decent and fair player at all time but they get rid of me by lies and if this is how they value their players then go ahead and try them for yourself then see how much it will cost your. it will just way too expensive experience to learn.
True. They used to be great when they accepted PayPal. Now, it is almost impossible to receive a payout. Mind you, they very quickly charge your debit/credit account for the deposit. But, a withdrawal? They now want a copy of the front and back of your driver licence, your bank account records, and a picture ID (not from your driver licence). Basically making you give up on the process. Time to shut this scam down.

I won 611.00 on this site and they have refused to pay me out, they have gone so far as to block me on all social media and deactivate my account. I received one email from them stating that I violated their terms and the win is void and I am no longer aloud to play. This stems from a problem I had in 2017 when I paid for sweeps cash and it was not deposited to my account. Because I requested them to make it right this violated their terms and they can keep my winnings. They had no problem taking my money the last 2 months but according to the logic I should never been able to play in the first place because of that 1 complaint 2 yrs ago.

I won a jackpot, sent all my information required, and got the run around for weeks before they claimed the redemption time had passed. Total scam.
