Forged documents to obtain a rental property & theft over $5k
This nightmare tenant caused us SO much grief and stress. After moving into our rental property, she immediately stopped paying rent and kicked out the “boyfriend” she had used to get into the property.
She supposedly stole, forged things in his name, and ruined his life too. She says she is a correctional officer off on disability for an accident. After 13 months of not paying rent, we are out 29k and counting with interest.
She did not pay a dime after moving in and pushed all of her responsibilities onto the tenant. She was kicked out and continued to lie on government/LTB forms to prolong her stay.
During the time she lived there, her children completely trashed the place. Allowed her dog, baby daddy, and kids to use the entire house as a bathroom…. yes. Feces everywhere. It was unbearable what she got away with and was encouraged by Ford and the government officials.
Along with over 8 months of garbage in the garage…. it attracted 100s of forest rats to our property. The garage is in pieces after the rats chewed everything.
Also, all of our appliances are trashed, electrical chewed, etc. she almost caught the house on fire as she was not venting the dryer properly and the inside is black…. 10k to fix the roof. The rats chewed through and destroyed the house.
However, the rats were less traumatizing than this woman. I hope the courts find her guilty. Her baby daddy destroyed windows, all screens, and we have no way of collecting our losses…
Every professional we have contacted says to “cut our losses.” she has not attended her court dates, so she continues to have more warrants out for her arrest.
I hope this prevents other people from dealing with this nightmare, criminal, tenant. Check with Landlord and credit bureau.

I am VERY happy you were able to figure her out and avoid the chaos she would of caused.
Not sure if you will see this or how to get ahold of you but I was wondering if you had her last current/address?! We are finally getting creditors to go after her and her bf as the charges were officially dropped and she was not made to pay restitution.. long painful story.
Its a long shot but I would love hear any details you have as I can help other landlord’s who rented to her (when you have multiple fraud accounts more serious consequences) to help prevent others from suffering from this professional tenant. From the sounds of it she did it again!! She was in alliston for only a short time.

Thank you for this!!! This lady tried to rent our property as well but we thought her employment letter from Correctional Service, and HR Administrator, Jerrett Dick, were both shady and unreliable. She also wouldn’t send us her paystubs which is when we got suspicious. Her story was that she has been working as a Correctional Officer at the Beaver Creek Institution since November 2012. We couldn’t verify any of the information, including for her HR contact. So glad we found this. thank you again.
I also had her rent from me and all details above are true!! She rented from me in loretto from approx September-December 2021. Same corrections officer story, same 4 kids, same disaster left in the house
