    Hi! I’m the REAL Christina Carlyle. I just want to say that I’ve been working professionally as a holistic fitness and health coach for almost 20 years now. I’ve never ONCE shamed anyone for their weight. Never once. Nor would I ever, as I myself used to be 40 pounds overweight and I know how awful it already feels to not be happy in your body when you’re struggling with health and weight issues.

    I also don’t have an aggressive, combative attitude towards my clients – nor do I conduct phone calls with people that use my online programs. So I literally cannot “explode” after hearing the wrong word. I also have NEVER accused any one of having an eating disorder.

    I’m not a GURU or a model… I’m an expert with over 10 certifications related to health, nutrition, personal training, functional diagnostic nutrition, gut health, hormone health, inflammation protocols, anti-parasite protocols, somatic exercises and trauma healing practices, behavior modification, and MORE! I’ve lost weight, recovered from my health issues and have been helping people do the same ever since.

    I include one-on-one email support to those actively using (all of) my programs so I can HELP people because I’m so genuinely passionate about my work. I sometimes get hundreds of emails every week.

    My staff intercepts emails addressed to me when they contain rude, vulgar, demand-like messaging, or requests for tech, account support, and billing issues is included in them. (we use technology to do this)

    I don’t even see emails that have refund requests, account issues, tech problems, or complaints. I also have a very straightforward policy about getting email support from me and let it be known that I don’t work with rude, combative people who refuse to use the program(s) they have. So I don’t see mean emails that contain nastiness like these reviews because they violate my support policies that are disclosed multiple times in multiple places – they’re rerouted to my support staff. I literally can’t/don’t reply to them. If someone violates my email support policy to me directly – I instantly block their access to me and my staff replies on my behalf and addresses issues accordingly.

    If someone utilizing support needs a modification or help to work their meal plan or workout programs – or has questions about their results along the way – I’m always ready, willing, and happy to assist – and do. And I LOVE it.

    I have no reason to be nasty to anyone… especially not my clients whom I love helping. That doesn’t even make sense. I can’t be successful if you’re not successful… that’s why I go above and beyond to make it easy for you to get results.

    My *typical* clients are eternally grateful for my programs and how I’ve helped them radically improve their health, weight, and mood quickly & naturally. I’ve had clients from around the world invite me to their homes, oftentimes in other countries. I even went to Paris a few years ago to hang out with one of them! That’s how close and connected I become with my *typical* clients who find me online and use my programs. I cry with them. I pray for them. I celebrate them. I champion them. I literally say I’m your Coach and Biggest Cheerleader in my branding because I help (and want) people to win in their own skin.

    But as with every business occasionally I have to deal with people who aren’t winners… like benchwarmers who aren’t willing to do anything but complain, make excuses, make demands, and demand refunds seconds after purchasing/downloading all the program’s digital files. I don’t work with people like this because they’re incapable of winning and doing what’s required to get results.

    I use technology to track program progress and can see where you click in your programs, how much progress you made, and exactly what you do within my programs so I can make modifications based on your program progress. I can also see if you got my emails that contain my policies, if/when you opened them, and if you click on them.

    Rarely but sometimes being provided proof (that shows they’re lying) makes people go nuclear and make threats to ‘take me down.’ This type of ‘client’ is NOT the norm for me – but it does happen from time to time and as I already mentioned I have policies in place to deal with this kind of unfortunate behavior.

    I make it a point to repeat my policies regarding refunds and free bonus direct email support – in multiple places – and specifically state that I don’t work one on one via email with anyone that’s combative, rude, or unwilling to work their programs.

    Did I mention that my direct one on one 24/7 email support is FREE and that I include because I genuinely care and want to connect with my clients?

    NOBODY in the holistic health and weight loss space gives FREE direct access like this… and if they do they charge a small fortune for it. I do not. Even though I have a big following…

    My online programs all have exclusive content I do not share publicly on my public website or my social media. All of my programs are different and based on almost 20 years of experience and over $250,000 that I’ve invested into my professional education. They’re all proprietary, professional, and all of my program content is copyrighted with the USPTO.

    My most basic exercise plan starts at only $9! I’m not sure how that constitutes as expensive as most trainers with my kind of experience (I’ve worked with pro NFL athletes!) charge well over $150/hour. Holistic Nutrition Protocols start at $600+ in most cases. Mine start at $67… so the ‘loss’ amount on this site is completely inaccurate.

    None of my programs are one-size-fits-all either. I include TONS of videos in all of my programs that explain how to adjust the meal plans to suit your tastes/goals/dietary restrictions and all of my workouts include instructions for modifications so they can be further customized one you’re working the program.

    Most people appreciate that the plans can be customized to suit their needs & skill levels. But I can’t personalize a plan for someone who isn’t an in-contract client. That’s also why I provide one on one support via email post purchase so that I can further tailor things to suit your individualized needs and I DO NOT CHARGE for it.

    Would you tolerate verbal abuse, give a 100% refund, and then still provide support and program(s) for FREE to someone who’s committed to sending you hateful emails full of demands, lies, and threats? If not, why would you expect me to?

    I typically don’t feel the need to defend myself but I don’t appreciate having blatant lies being told about me, my staff, programs, policies, and pricing. I’m very close with my clients and I don’t recognize any of the names on the reviews on this site either.

    It looks like all of these reviews were posted by a disgruntled customer who was upset they didn’t get a refund – even though my policies clearly state that due to the digital nature of my programs and because direct, professional one on one support is provided, all sales are final – again, I say this multiple times prior to and post purchase.

    I also give my clients complete control over their accounts and billing so they can adjust their subscriptions whenever they want. Instructions to do so are provided IMMEDIATELY after purchase. I also explain how to make sure program-related emails don’t go to spam IMMEDIATELY on the page you’re redirected to after purchase. I also disclose this on all sales pages, checkout pages, and multiple times via email.

    I am very transparent about my plans, what’s included, and my policies. I’ve NEVER once been mean, rude, or hateful to anyone coming to me for support for their programs. But as you can clearly see that doesn’t stop people from being hateful towards me and my staff, and those that don’t appreciate my approach.

    I’m grateful that the majority of my clients do appreciate my work, are thrilled with their results and truly are winning in their own skin because of me.

    I found there was nothing different about her eating plan . A one size fits all.
    Beware if her recurring yearly charge. If after the year you don’t remember that you need to cancel you will be charged and no refunds no matter what.
    There renewal notice will probably go to uour spam. Always check. I say cancel same day .

That’s the ‘fine print.’ It’s unfortunate that some continue to place blame on me and my staff even though we do everything possible to be transparent and assist them.
