Chris Virgin Academy

Don’t get fooled by Chris Virgin

I bought an online course offered by Chris Virgin from his website chrisvirginacademy.com. At first, I thought, I would be able to make some money using his tactics, however, as the course progressed, I found out that the complete course was nothing but a scam. There was nothing special about the course and whatever was taught was only basics.

I did not like the idea of paying some $197 for a course that offered nothing to me. This guy sells the course by telling that one can become financially independent. The course needs you to buy a domain address and create facebook webinar site and other stuff. But the main part is missing.

The course was nothing but a bait to become one of his victims. He will ask you to find out what are you good at and resell it online. We have seen so many courses similar to this. So, what is the edge that this course is providing, nothing. You will feel cheated after knowing what actually this guy would tell you after taking such a huge amount from you.

If you will see, the email address used for communication is a free email address created with Google, Yahoo and Hotmail. Chris has not bothered to set up a professional email and he is trying to teach us to become professionals who can be financially independent. Even the technical support email is not from the domain he uses.

All these creates a lot of suspicion. Someone uses a free email when trying to hide something. Moreover, one cannot be counted as professional with such silly ignorance. All these factors make chrisvirginacademy.com a fraud.

I later asked for a refund and he did not give me my money back. He asked me to do things that I did not want to do. He told me the buy a domain on godaddy.com and set up the facebook webinar site. He asked me to follow his instructions to get the refund back.

I rejected to do as he said and he told me that he would not be making any refunds. I kept calling him and he was very harsh. He asked me not to bother him as he was a busy person and did not have time for guys like me.

The thing is, it is not that I am not interested in learning. But, I won’t be paying for some shit that does not make sense. In short, Chris wanted me to be like him. He is trying to sell what he thinks he is good at. However, he knows nothing about earning money through legit options.

Selling ideas of becoming rich that is already been described by many other online courses for free isn’t a genius thing to do. I would regard this course as complete waste of money. I have been trying for a refund which I now feel won’t be possible to get. This guy knows how to cheat others and make money. Many naïve online earners may fall for his shit but not someone like me who has already tried so many things online.

  1. Dodged that bullet

I’m so glad I didn’t fall for this scam. He’s offering course now for $297 and refunds in 30 days if you do the homework. A lot of red flags. Dodged that bullet always read reviews before giving up your hard earned money.

It’s a shame to scam people smh Buyer beware.

  2. Be carwfull these people steal your money after u pay..U never ser money back..I lost $197, and they dont want to return aún money..just 5 days after I bouhht this estúpido class…DONT TRUST THEMM…LET EVERYONE KNOW..IT’S A BIG SCAM

  3. Got robbed $197 FROM CHRIST VIRGIN

Never in my life will make that mistake again..trsying to learn and get stupid lessons..and then u have to finish bunch of comedores to get money back….now they dont want to return my money….there is God up there..soo. or later he’ll spend more than that…

  4. Chris Virgin is not a millionaire!

I listened to the webinar as I read my emails. This is how I always listen to webinars, and when I hear particularly interest or important sounding details, I pay keen attention. I was surprised that it ended, it lasted less than 50 minutes. I click the link to buy the course before the timer expired, which claimed that I would then have to pay $297 instead of the $197 special price. Before completing the application, I did some google searches on Chris Virgin’s net worth. I couldn’t find anything! I concluded that he was a fraud and that the class was a scam! Needless to say, but I didn’t invest in his academy. I was seeking to help a young brother out, however, I am not going to waste my money helping out a young crook!

  5. Chris Virgin and his staff lack integrity and morality.

    Ladies & gentlemen,
Please do yourself a favor and save your money. Chris Virgin and his so called staff are dishonourable and lack integrity. Do NOT deal with them. You will regret it and I hope it is not too late for you. I have never ever written a review and this is my first one and Chris Virgin has won the price of being unethical.

    1. Thank you to everyone who shared your experience about this individual and his course. I agree $197 isn’t chump change for many and being able to read these reviews is very helpful and a great heads up to those thinking about dropping money for these resources. My guess is if you had a webinar with 500 + people and each person registered for the course, that would be over $98,000 in your pocket. Wow… then I guess you would be quite wealthy. What a shame to think that people have spent their hard earned $$ and cannot get it back even after he assured you of the 30-day money back guarantee. So glad I stumbled on these reviews…. so helpful!

  6. I purchased the Chris Virgin Academy. I knew after the first three courses this was not for me. In the initial presentation it was stated refunds would be provided if requested within 30 days. I did request a refund and the request for a refund was denied. The response stated I needed to complete all of courses and the homework. This Mary person wrote I didn’t need to do the steps. I went through all of the courses and answered the questions on the homework. That wasn’t good enough my refund still was denied. $197 dollars is not chump change in my world. If Chris is a millionaire it is probably from scamming trusting consumers. Don’t trust Chris Virgin Academy. I learned the hard way it is a scam.

  7. I Enjoyed all of Chris Virgin Progrms

I brought two of Chris’s programs and I enjoyed both of his courses and I had gotten a lot of information from his Invest Stock and Business Course. He has a lot of information to teach those who want to learn. This is not a scam! I am still working on the business course as we speak. I would highly suggest to try and buy his lifetime programs.

Get the program for yourself and judge for yourself.

  8. Chris Virgin Scam Artist

Chris Virgin sold me a life time membership to Chris Virgin Academy.com, I went through the course 97 complete, tried to do the homework. I entered the company name in Google entered investor relations and nothing happened. I asked Chris Virgin what’s up, he said you can only research companies that are traded on the stock exchange. I don’t recall reading that in the course instructions. I researched a company that was traded on the stock exchange and did the homework. Emailed it to [email protected] and he rejected my refund request. He is a Scam Artist, I do not believe he is a millionaire, he probably lied about that too. God Bless Chris Virgin, The Scam Artist.

  9. Not worth $197

I’m bummed we spent $197 on the stock market class. Save your money and learn from Youtube for free. Like what other people mentioned, there was nothing special about the class, no lightbulb moment. Everything was basic. Run far away and save your $197. Go buy a good Stock Market book for $20.

    1. Thank you

      Thank you for your feedback.

  10. Rip off

I paid $197 and got nothing sent him an email and got nothing. My credit card company is investigating to get my money back. So sad I was trying to support a black man and got ripped off????

    1. WOW!! I was just about to do the same thing!! Thanks so much for your heads up..

    2. This customer has been contacted and given access to the course. The customer’s emails were going to our spam folder. This issue has been resolved.

  11. This is another scam beware

I want to first “Tee Ham” there is no race involved here people have lost money and are calling him out and making others away. I am black myself and a scammer is a scammer irrespective of race. I call out all hustlers when I see one. I first came across his advert on Facebook and was about to research into him more when I see a lady post this review site so here I am lol. In all seriousness you don’t need to pay money for any kind of investment course especially the beginner ones. There are so many free resources online and on YouTube that you will be spoilt for choice. I have seen another lady on Instagram promising to double your $100 (at a rate of 5% min) in 90 days to $10k! That too is a scam. If you want to invest in the stock market, have the money first then go to legitimate companies. In my case I invested £30/$50 in a company called “Hargreaves Lansdown” based in the UK where I am. I bought £30 worth of shares in Aston Martin and it’s gone down. If I invested more than this I may have made a return

  12. Save Your Money - There Are Better Ones Out There

Save your money on Chris Stocks for Beginners class. I learned nothing that I couldn’t learn from doing my own research looking at online articles or YouTube. What Chris teaches is so bland and generic. It’s the same basic material, like all the other courses I purchased in the past where the content is scattered which will make it tough to follow for any beginner. Now I am looking to be refunded and I have to complete the course before even being considered…what!! why?? Such a scam. Chris knows his class is garbage which is why it was only $200. Like the saying goes, You get what you pay for. And to anyone giving Chris’s class anything more than 1 star is full of it.

For Juneteenth, I decided to buy Black and took Melinda’s recommendation on http://www.tradenasium.com from her comment. Melinda, girl thank you. Tradenasium is what a true stock investing learning experience is supposed to be like. Everything is taught live and in real time over Zoom. The guy who conducts the classes goes by the name of Rich. He teaches you how to be smart with your money before you blow it away on stocks. Rich definitely knows his stuff, he delivers where others leave you hanging. I just wish his classes were longer but it was definitely well worth it. Again, Melinda thank you for your post! Now that was my money well spent on tradenasium.com.

  13. This guy is a scam

This is online scam to steal from unsuspecting victims. The crap his web trick you to hit $197 off is worse than prek, then he will force you to complete them for a refund. No refund if you waste your time

  14. Chris Virgin is NOT a Scam

Basically Chris Virgin’s “academy” is 3 course going over the basics of each topic. One can literally go through the course and learn all the material in an hour, the lessons are very short and mostly him talking about how much money he’s made and pep talking, as well as trying to sell you another of his courses. I don’t think he has any ill-intent and this is certainly not a scam, it’s just mediocre material that you can learn on youtube for free. I signed up for the stock course and he gives you such gems as “Buy low, sell high”, “keep your risk low and your reward high”….nothing special. If you want a mediocre course on the stock market, this is actually good for beginners, but honestly $197 is too high a price, it’s probably worth $50 at most. Before signing up make sure to read the refund policy. When you enter into a contractual agreement, always read the policies. The con policy is plain and clear: in order to get a refund you have to within 14 days (other courses are 30 days, I’m referring to the stock course) 1) complete the course 2) do the homework and send it to him. It’s not complicated, and there is good reason for having this policy. If you didn’t do all the steps of the program, how do you know if it’s effective or not? I signed up for the course, completed the course, did the homework and found it to be mediocre and not worth $197. I emailed them with my homework attached, asking for a refund and within 2 days they responded and reimbursed my PayPal in full. This is NOT a scam, it is a service that works for some people and doesn’t work for others. Just because he is charismatic and uses all the gimmicks of salesmanship to sell his products, doesn’t mean he’s a scammer and I’m sure many people have gotten value from his courses. I didn’t, so I followed procedure and got my money back. Simple.

  15. Just Want To Cancell

Well I order the course, and went through all the course items. Did not know I had to JUMP a fence to cancel my order!!! Why take people through all those loop holes to get their money back if they find it is not for them. Maybe you had a lot of cancelations in the past, and know you want to make it hard for people to get their money back!! Well if you need my 197 plus 100 to make a living go right ahead!!! A fool and his money shall soon depart!! Make a fool out of me once shame on me, but you will never get a second chance to get me or anybody I know asking about your course!!! Remember this 1 unhappy customer will tell more people that that few that say OK “You got Me”!!! They always say read before you sign, and I sure should have done it this time!!!
