Very Bad Cusmter ServiceSeal CPA has very bad cusmter service and it’s very slow to respond. I sent over 6 emails to arrange a meeting with them and all my requests were ignored.
Maybe because their close their physical office? Also it took 2 to 3 calls and emails before receiving a response and when you need timely information as a business owner this is very frustrating to have to chase your CPA for information.
In addition when they found out that I was looking for alternative place to file our taxes I received angry e-mail from the owner.
I think if they care about their client’s they should find out how to improve their cusmter service and keep the customers happy.
I have reported them , and I suggest if you are looking for a good accounting firm to look elsewhere. I
