  1. I won't come back to that bad place again.

    It is a terrible place to be. Once I was there to translate a document. I asked for a price for translating. I asked her for a price for translating. She didn’t know so she asked other people. They then charged me $140 to print 2 x 3 pages. I paid. When I went to pick up my stuff. The receptionist was rude. The receptionist was rude and just had a conversation with another person. After that, she changed her mind about me. Yet, she still wanted to know if I was paying. This was the worst time for me to complete paperwork in the U.S.

    These guys are my heroes! They were passionate about helping me with my paperwork. They are always available to answer questions and help with any other matters that need to be done ahead of time. They are a great help.

    I made an appointment at 1:30. I arrived on time. They don’t have to make the appointment.

    Customer service and attitude are poor. never go back again.
