Cardinal Financial has terrible customer service. I called to ask about a business loan, as I had seen online that they did them. Apparently, I was wrong about that as the guy who answered was one of the rudest people I have ever talked to. He told me that I would know they don’t do business loans if I knew how to read that. Insulting. I wouldn’t recommend this company to ANYONE.
