Terrible Experience
I was recommended to use the services of Burke & Associates by another law firm to take care of a dispute with IRS.
IRS had chosen to consider my borrowings as income and denied the expenses.
Six months later, after paying the retainership, all i heard was a repeat of providing them a document that had been provided a few times before.
Absolutely no work was done. None of the IRS deadlines were honored by him.
When asked to show any evidence of work done all I received was emails of indignation at being questioned but no evidence of any work done.
Just to talk to him I had to use multiple emails, voicemails, text messages, calls to the office and sometimes he was kind to respond.
Meanwhile, IRS work continued apace and some other lawyer called me to brief me on the status and next steps. An absolutely terrible experience.
