Do not bother contacting Brookwood Loans. You do not want them to have your personal information, and they do not even bother to train their staff who will then start emailing and calling you–but have no idea what they are doing (because they were never trained).
Interest for these loans can be 116 percent, and this is the other reason not to bother with this place.
I sent them a note to cancel my loan request because we did not want to deal with their untrained (probably underpaid!) staff.
And they did not respond but sent a “loan denied” letter, after we retracted our application.
They are not only disorganized, they are also petty. Really creepy place. Beware.
