Then when Sergio came in, he tried to intimidate the customer by making threats that he won’t show the videos and customer has to pick up the car right away or he will illegally charge customer fees for storage, he said he will do it anyway in front of the police despite being told it is illegal per the words of attorney.

He is aggressive and verbally assaulting till the police came in. Overall his unstable, violent behaviors representing Bold Cars and his illegal scams are unacceptable and therefore shall be reported. This is the risk you will run into dealing with Bold Cars.
