BistroMD

bistroMd is a disgusting scam.

I searched for around 40 food delivery services that were prepared and finally settled on BistroMD.

I’ve been on the program for over six months and have gained weight.

The food they serve is excellent, but I have had a terrible experience with BistroMD’s customer service.

The biggest problem I have encountered is communicating with customer service. Their answer has always been “NO.”

Every week they deliver me the same meal; however, they have a wide selection of food. What am I asking?

That isn’t supposed to happen,” she claims. It does, and continues to occur, which means their “nutritional specialists and others.” aren’t doing their job, or their entire system is messed up.

I had to each week choose my items which took lots of time. I didn’t have the same seabass four times when they had ten different fish choices for the week.

And I did this for an entire month and was completely satisfied. Many issues occurred over time, but they always reimbursed the money, but that’s not my solution.

I need my food, or it messes up my diet. They’d come in warm at certain times because shipping was messed up.

The food items were broken, and meals were substituted with other meals because they were not in stock.

I have numerous documents and recordings to prove my point, but it’s not worth the effort.

Then I got a notification that the next shipment would increase in cost and replied, “No way.”

They did not seem to offer two bucks for a lost customer. After all this, you’d like me to give you more.

The manager Kimberly said no and said that I’d go above and beyond to the owners, which I did. But they are too cowardly to reply to their patrons.

When the message got through, it was sent from the lower management, and Kimberly was defensive and told me, “***** off.”

Then, one week later, my email was blocked from the website, and she stated that I could not contact the company.

I’d relatively nothing more than for management to be fired and owners notified to customers—no reason why you shut me out and removed 200 people per week of my time in business.

At this point, I would like to see you close down and go under as “the customer is always right,” and whether you enjoy positive criticism or don’t, it does the trick.

It’s a shame because the food they serve is delicious and has worked for me.

  1. BistroMD is seriously a disgusting

BistroMD’s dinners on TV are too expensive. My first experience nearly caused me to vomit. I was driving and eating it, so it was not the best situation. This was like a bagel that contained an egg. The taste was like cardboard. Dry to the point that I gagged and struggled hard to get it down.

The only reason I can think of is that it was expensive. It costs around $11 per meal. The portions are small and not as diabetic-friendly as I had hoped for. The meals are full of carbs. You know, because carbs are expensive. I tried the tenderloin from pork a few days ago, but it wasn’t delicious.

The sauce with the pork was watery and runny and mixed with the mashed potatoes (which you can see are the spuds that come in boxes). The opposite side was raw, unseasoned green beans—small portions of beef.

I was shocked to learn that it cost me $11 for slop. You can find better-quality food items in the frozen aisle of your grocery store at a fraction of the cost. I’m so disappointed.

Dietitians claim that their job can help you with meal planning by adjusting your diet to “heal” your metabolism, managing medical conditions, and losing weight. It’s not true in the least. I hoped this plan would help in the fight against my diabetic issues and assist me in shedding weight.

They throw small, random frozen dinners from TV in a container and cost you three times more than they’re worth. This is a disgusting scam.

  2. I do not like BistroMD's expensive food.

I was doing nothing to shed weight and just trying to stay away from cooking every minute of the day. The best part about BistroMD is its website. The food doesn’t taste good. An excellent label will make you desire to dive.

However, with the plethora of choices, the meals fail to satisfy the palate and are eaten by wild animals on the other side of the restaurant. To avoid the Sat Fat sugar, excessive spices are designed to be sold during the order process. Certainly not Eating. Caveat emptor.
