We Spend Like 1 Hour
I went to Ben’s tax service to file my wife’s ITIN number along with my 1040. We spend like 1 hour to make them understand that my wife is on a H4 (dependent status).
After an hour long conversation, they tool copies of our immigration document and marriage certificate – he convinced us that he will file it on behalf of us and I kept quite for 3 weeks assuming the fact that he will take care of the same.
I call them after 3 weeks and they give me an answer that ridiculed me to an extent that I could not control my temper – they told me to bring my wife again – they apparently forgot whether she signed on the W7 – Also they never called me back during the 3 weeks time.
Today i went to their office and they blatantly throw a statement on my face that “they can’t file my tax return” and returned me back my original documents.
I was FLABBERGASTED – first there was absolutely no politeness – rudeness was to such an extent that they didn’t even apologize for not calling me during the 3 weeks.
Second of all, they told me to basically to file it on my own and that they are too busy on schedule.
I will teach them something about being “busy” – let them work at NASA and be a part of a mission (I do that), instead they basically took all our energy in going twice to their place and getting nothing out of it.
THEY COULD HAVE EASILY TOLD US THAT THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO FILE IT THE FIRST TIME WE MET –
This is complete unprofessionalism on their part and they are least bothered about the customers –

On the other hand, their representatives can’t understand English .
It will take you forever to make them understand what you want and what the documents mean. in any case, I would never recommend their service to anyone.
Please find a better TAC and even better – file it yourself. I am not going to take them easy as they have wasted my significant time and energy.
