Never again. Barclays Bank Delaware received a bankruptcy filing vs a person with a Similar name as my daughter who was an authorized user on my Account t.

No one looked on the papers that the social DO NOT MATCH but Barclays goes head and closes my account stating I filed bankruptcy!!! We did not.

3 days if calling and nothing no one is personal they all say same to fax in my concern My concern is that they didn’t look at the papers incorrectly close my account and filed a bankruptcy notation.

When it doesn’t even affect us no one picks up the phone no one will give me a phone number of somebody that would help me there are no personal relationship managers anywhere let alone speaking to somebody here in the United States is impossible.

Barclays needs to understand personal relationship manager.

They need to hire people in their legal depth that can actually read a legal document.

Not assume it’s same person without confirming a social.

Fact their mistake and no one can help me as they defame my credit history!!!!!

  1. Fraudulent CC account open due to identity theft Now in LAWSUIT

    They are suing me for for 4,000 in mostly balance transfers and cash advances + fees and interest for a card that i never open back in 2016.

    I have presented all my information including police reports

    they continue to denied the fraud claim and the lawsuit continues.

    Horrible customer service. I ask for a receipt of payment and updated balance and was given the run around waiting for an email for two days The was told email was not an option. The whole customer service department needs to be fired .


    If I could, I would picked a rating of negative! I am even considering canceling this card. On the 17th of December I called to asked about the JetBlue mastercard. That same week I needed a flight for Friday the 21st, I was guaranteed that the next day from my call – meaning Dec 18th my card was going to be received, if I applied for the card before 3:00pm. This wasn’t accurate and when I called to please get help, being scared my flight was going up from already a high price of $1,074.08 dollars, I didn’t receive what I needed.

    The communication in this department wasn’t what I expected at all. I got told nothing could be done, I begged to please get different options considering the flights fluctuating. I asked if I can get the card information, so I can book the trip, I asked if they are able to please get the trip for me, I asked if I can get money taken off since I knew the flight was going to be more expensive.
