Waiting Longer And Longer To See Jeff

Accountable Financial Services has been my go-to for six years.

It’s been good, to say the very least.

My first two years of filing were with a friend from the company.

After she had left Accountable Financial Service, she recommended Jeff to me.

We have been waiting for Jeff to come in every appointment for the past four years, which has made it more frustrating.

Today’s appointment was at 7:00 PM. It was initially bearable.

We waited 10-15 minutes, 20-30 minutes, and 40-60 minutes.

He was not available to assist us after Jeff left clients.

Who is a human being who doesn’t call clients to ask for a reschedule or to make arrangements to meet at a later date? Because the office printer had failed, we had already rescheduled the day before.

We decided not to reschedule because we were already there, and grandma looked after our daughter.

Today was the final straw!

WE WERE OUT FOR 2.5 HOURS! We are sorry, but we won’t be sorry if you lose a client or recommendations.
