The worst experience with the A Plus Mortgage Services, Inc. The loan officer continue to ask me exactly where I was on my vacation daily! Instead of concentrating on the customer service.

She felt she had a need to know when I provided everything, but a pint of blood.

When I asked her to stop bullying me and ridiculing about something that meant nothing.

She then went to the Vice President and said she didn’t want to deal with and canceled the “preapproved” 3 days before closing.

  1. It is none of her business where I was.

    It is none of her business where I was. So 3 days before closing she contacts the owner and says she just couldn’t work with me and that I asked to many questions and that I didn’t understand the loan process.

    I was certified at BofA as a loan processer, top representative in the marketing department, won awards, and with a Business Degree. She appeared to be racist, and degrading in my opinion and lied to the owner with her ill intentions and actions. She covered up for her rude behavior by lies and lying on me.

    Do not bother to seek assistance with this person or business. I go as far as to say don’t do business with this company, because the owner is not aware of his employee conduct!

    Horrific, dishonest person, Susan Marie Wilcox. I applied online for a new home loan. Susan Marie Wilcox was the loan officer. I was on my 1st vacation ever in my life, and tolf Wilcox this. Wilcox was referred by her coworker Chris. All the time we spoke, Wilcox resistantly talked over me. She didn’t have much time to answer any questions or concerns.

    She felt the need daily to keep track of my whereabouts asking frequently where was I? Demanding my whereabouts are not a stipulation to the loan process. Specifically, when you will have to at some point produce your credentials all of which is verified eventually. Her mistrust was deplorable, she was deplorable in her rudeness, condescending manner, abrupt demeanor. She acted like I owed her something other than what is necessary for the loan process.
