Worst 5 month experience with a business in my entire life. Lost my legal and personal information but would tell me it was almost ready.
Next time I followed up they asked me if I could describe the folder they placed the documents in during our in office meeting.
This went on for 5 MONTHS. Finally found, I hope, all my documents so I picked it up without them completing the work.
They could not tell me if they cashed my check and it wasn’t in the folder that’s on me they say to prove as they don’t know–this is an accounting company?!
