Poor quality and worse customer service

Not only was the image quality poor and nothing like the digital mock-up, but there is also a visible defect on every keychain. Customer service keeps blaming it on the image file I sent them; however, my image file has nothing to do with the defect on the keychain. They refuse to take the blame and refused to refund me, and I’m now doing a chargeback with my CC company. I would never shop here or ever recommend anyone to shop here. I’m sure some of their products are OK, but it’s not worth the risk IMO.

    I ordered silicone wristband from 24hourwristbands and when I realized my order wasn’t going to be in hand by the time of my event. I called customer service and they explained thru could charge me a expedited fee of $49 in the attempt to get my order. I DO NOT GET MY ORDER!!! I was ASSURED verbally AND in n their online chat that if I did not have my order in hand. I would be 100% refunded the $49. The blame was passed to the manufacturer and then FedEx and they have NOT refund anything. I was offered 20%… NO I was told 100%. This is a SHAME as I had several more sizable orders to make. And it appears they are going to lose a good customer over $49!!! BEWARE!!!

I ordered wristbands June 30 it is now July 23 I have not received those wristbands I have ordered T-shirts but they were out of stock so at that point in time I requested both refunds to be sent back to me they are refusing to send back one refund I am now in the process of filing out a report a fraud report on this company with my bank do not use this company they are shit

  4. I didn’t order anything complex… a large number of koozies, in various colors. When I received my order just a few days later, it was great. I got the colors I asked for, in the quantity I wanted… As I said… my order was simple, but, it was correct. That’s a five star order in my book!

  6. Great Buy! Excellent Customer Service

    This was a Great Buy. I brought 100 2inch pins for my Granddaughter’s 1st birthday party. I had originally picked a size pin that would not have fit the picture that I wanted. The representatives worked with me to assure that I would have a product that I liked. I had an excellent buying experience. I will definitely make future purchases.

    I received my order on time, but had to call and pay rush fees just to make sure, and they still couldn’t promise delivery on time. The two koozie styles I got came at same time – both in time for each event. So delivery was good and I guess worth it to pay the rush fee. However, because it was rushed, you can tell the yellow dye used to color the koozie itself wasn’t enough because I can still see black through the yellow. The yellow is not bright and vibrant like the picture when I ordered. It’s very faint light yellow. Unfortunately the event is this weekend and I have no choice but to put these out. I’m disappointed in the quality of the yellow koozies. The black koozies were perfect. Not sure if I’d order from them again.
