False advertising and doesn't honor guarantee

Our business ordered 100 logo-imprinted, washable face masks from this company. They arrived much later (several weeks later) than promised. When I inquired, I was told I should have paid more for expedited delivery (despite it being well passed their stated standard delivery time). When they finally came, I mailed them out to my clients right away in order to ensure maximum time for our clients to use them (who knows when face mask orders were going to be lifted). A week or so later, my wife and I washed ours and were shocked to see the logo disintegrate. They were no longer any use for advertising, making them a complete waste of our marketing dollars. When I tried to submit a claim with 24 Hour Wristbands they refused to even consider it because I no longer had the masks in my possession and could not provide photos of more than ours. They suggested we do the extremely unprofessional thing of contacting clients to get them to submit pictures, which would only call attention to the fact that we purchased them from a cheap ass scam outfit.

  1. Somehow, I already wrote a review for 24Hr Wristbands, but it didn’t seem to make it on their site. After multiple years of doing business with this company 500+ koozies a pop, we will be going else where. The shear lack of concern and care for a repeat customer is astounding. Typically, the company has been pretty good with time frames. However, I placed our order on August 26 WELL before our event Sept 12. Standard (slowest but Free shipping) showed arrival before or by Sept 4. We even ordered US production for faster processing. Let’s just say when we past Sept 4 and I contacted the company, I learned from the customer service rep that an order isn’t “late” until at least 7 business days after the date shown. Where is this information?? Hidden on another page of the site it does say they have 7 extra days to fart around and not get your order out to you. Either way, the items didn’t arrive for our event and came a week later. Just based on how we were treated on this order with the rudeness and total lack of care for a repeat customer, we are going elsewhere.
    Oh and what everyone says about the extra charges is true as well.
