Heritage Property Management
Be Aware of the Lady - She Took My MoneyHeritage Property Management does everything except for property management
Heritage property management does not know how to manage issues related to property efficiently. I would rather say, they do not have any expertise in managing properties. All they can do is cheat people and make money out of their innocence. I still blame myself for not reading the reviews before making a payment of $70 for my credit check.
I have been very cautious in making decisions regarding these property dealers before. We were in a hurry and time constraint was enough to select someone like Heritage Property Management. We were told that the credit check is a formality as we earn enough. My wife and I, both work in a renowned firm and have satisfactory income. But this myth was broken when we got the news about our failed credit check.
I mean, come on, what happened to that formality part. It was them who assured us about the green flag. It did not take much effort for them to convey this bad news knowing that they are breaking their deal. This lucidly clarifies how unprofessional and scammer they are. I wish I would have known this earlier. I could have saved my money and time.
When we met our manager, Debbie Hamer from Heritage Property Management, I clearly mentioned the income that we both make together. My salary is $5500 a month which does not account my wife’s pay. My wife makes $4500 a month. After the meeting, she mailed me the properties details we could afford.
We planned to view few of the options and Debbie didn’t take pain to accompany us while we went see those properties. We had trouble finding the directions and sometimes we had to wait for the neighbours to bring the keys for those houses. It was a real hectic hunt but we chose one. The rent was $1550 which very well suited our criteria.
After planning to shift, I even checked with the logistic company for the time slot convenient for the move as Heritage Property Management assured me of the positive answer. The next morning after I made the payment of $70, I got a mail saying I do not have enough credit to accommodate in that house. I was stunned. Debbie Hamer not even called us to inform the same. When we tried reaching her office, she was unavailable. We planned for the movement the same day and hence had to cancel our time slot with the logistic company.
Isn’t it provoking. It was for us. They felt us nowhere and did not have the courtesy to call and inform. However, we kept calling and could get hold of that manager, Debbie Hamer. she said that we earn handsome but not enough.
Is that all she had to say? Unbelievable, but true. We usually listen about scams and people being cheated by companies like Heritage Property Management but this was our first experience. And believe me, I have empathy for all those who have suffered because of this company. I know how it feels and if you are in arrangement with Heritage Property Management, would strictly suggest to change your HOA as soon as possible.
Horrible HOA, Joke "Property Managers"
If I could give them 0 stars I would. They are horrible and absolutely not helpful. How is an HOA NOT managed by the homeowners? This “property management” company is a JOKE. They don’t manage the property, they don’t address issues of homeowners and they take forever. That’s been the same sentiment of all of my neighbors. Throw the whole company away. Adenia Green is one of the least-helpful “property managers” I have ever encountered in my life. If your potential community is “managed” by them, RUN! I have filed a complaint against them with the State. They are collecting dues and refuse to give homeowners control of the HOMEOWNERS association. This is fraud.
