Pandex claims to be run by Japanese billionaires and promises huge offers to its affiliates. However, the suspicious claims and meaningless connections, makes it more like a scam.

DirtyScam scrutinizes all the websites for information, prior to making any claim. With Pandex, I had a very interesting experience. As always, I tried to search for the founders of the company on pandex.org and I did found few. However, these names left me even more suspicious about the activities of the company.

The ‘about us’ section of the website pandex.org was completely framed one. It is mentioned on the website that Minuro Mori was the owner after the company was created as a merger between Osaka and Kyoto Stock Exchanges. After Mori, Marko Milosevic took his place and is backed by Hiroshi Mikitani.

If you will check these names, you will find a pattern which suggests that someone has tried to make this company look legitimate by plotting big names. Mori was a Japanese business tycoon who died recently and there is no mention of Pandex in his wiki account. Marko matches the name of the son of former President of Serbian. And, Hiroshi Mikitani, the CEO, founder and Chairman of Rakuten which is one of the largest e-commerce sites in Japan has definitely nothing to do with Pandex.

I checked their domain registration information and the domain (pandex.org) is owned by Sharleen Lewis who does not exist beside the domain name registration form. The address is also incomplete and is just a post office name.

With all these bogus identities, it is unlikely that Pandex is here to stay for long and serve its affiliates till doomsday. If an MLM company cannot be transparent, it signals towards a steady fall, the next corner.

You can find videos related to Pandex on YouTube which rather seems staged. The guy claims himself as the president of Pandex and deems that he can turn the audience to his favour with a saint look. However, the charm still misses. Even if we entertain him as Marko, he is not someone who has been seen very often, linked with any other big name. That makes him nobody.

Joining Pandex is free. You can opt for free affiliate membership, but to avail all the opportunities which they claim as fortune, you need to invest $100. Being an affiliate, you are only able to market their membership program and there is no other product that you can advertise in the name of Pandex.

Pandex – Compensation Plan

The compensation plan is simple and follows a unilevel structure. The investment are made on the promise of ROIs that are paid out through downline affiliates.

  • SGX – You need to invest $100 or more to receive 17.01% monthly ROI
  • Lime – You need to invest $500 or more to receive 26.67% monthly ROI
  • NASDAQ – You need to invest $1000 or more to receive 32.76% monthly ROI
  • Cryptocurrency – You need to invest $5000 or more to receive 42% monthly ROI

The unilevel structure is lucid and starts with an affiliate at the top of the pyramid. If the top affiliate recruits any number of affiliate, they are placed on level 1. If level 1 affiliate recruits more affiliates, they are places on level 2 and so on.

Pandex has paced the cap at seventh level.

Here is a quick look at the commission paid to the affiliates:

  • Plan 1: You need to invest up to $4000 to receive 5% on level 1, 2% on level 2 and 1% on level 3
  • Plan 2: You need to invest $4001 – $30,000 to receive 6% on level 1, 2% on level 2 and 1% on levels 3 and 4
  • Plan 3: You need to invest $30,001 – $200,000 to receive 7% on level 1, 3% on level 2, 2% on level 3 and 1% on levels 4 and 5
  • Plan 4: You need to invest $200,001 – $1,500,000 to receive 8% on level 1, 6% on level 2, 3% on level 3, 2% on level 4 and 1% on levels 5 and 6
  • Plan 5: You need to invest $1,500,001 or more to receive 9% on level 1, 6% on level 2, 3% on level 3 and 2% on levels 4 to 7

Pandex reviews from around the world

Diego Aristi Libreros: ES LO MAXIMO GRACIAS PANDEX

Translated version:

Diego Aristi Libreros: THANKS, PANDEX is tops

Kadish Freedman: I have been working on the stock exchange for more than six years and I can say that Pandex is the best broker that is now on the market. Thanks, Pandex for its stable work.

Comparisons of the above reviews

The reviews are general and most likely plotted the same way as the ‘about us’ page of the company. I would rather advice to listen to your guts before you think about investing in this company. There is no of this company to the names it has mentioned on its website. So, stay away from the scam.

The Verdict

Pandex has flaunted about the fortune it holds and claims itself to be the multi-million company. However, there is no mention of this company anywhere else than its website. By making it look like a startup by big billionaires, it has already spoiled its scam by making it obvious. None of the references on the website, have time to start a Ponzi Scheme when they are already earning millions.

Another part, that makes it suspicious, is the claim that it is generating revenue through trading shares, bonds, non-ferrous metals, cryptocurrency etc, is also not proved yet. There is no proof of such trading happening within Pandex anywhere on their website or beyond it.

This makes Pandex a Ponzi Scheme which is running with the help of money invested by the affiliates. This is where the ROIs are coming along.
