GainMax Capital Review: Trading Ponzi Invest $10 to $100,000

GainMax Capital claims to be trading from last 10 years, however, the company was recently incorporated in July 2017. The director as per the incorporation is from the UK, but the Alexa estimation talks a different story.

GainMax Capital lists itself as the masters in trading and claims to have a system in place that is capable of generating huge profits with minimum risk. When I tried to find the names of the founders of the company, I got nothing. Nothing is mentioned about the whereabouts of the owners of the company on their website.

The domain (gainmax.co.uk) was registered on 20th June 2017 and as per the WHOIS information, George Foster is supposed to be the owner of the domain. The address provided is a virtual address in the UK.

GainMax has also published the incorporation certificate on their website with registration date as 21st June 2017. The company has used the same address provided for domain registration to the incorporation office with George Foster as the only director of the company.

However, these addresses are as dubious as the claims made by the company. According to the Alexa estimation, majority of the traffic on the website is generated from Indonesia. The video with broken English also suggests that the person in the video is not from England or any English-speaking country.

In addition, Dikdik kusnandar from Indonesia is listed on LinkedIn as the president director of GainMax. It is easier to get registered with UK incorporation being highly unregulated. Hence, dodgy companies target the UK. But, it can operate from anywhere and in this case, it is most likely, Indonesia.

There is no verifiable product or service available on the website of GainMax Capital. Leaving, affiliate program as the only option to get connected with the company. If you wish to join the affiliate program, you need to invest between $10 to $100,000.

However, a company that is not transparent, is always a risky option.

GainMax Capital – Referral Commission

GainMax Capital uses unilevel compensation structure to pay referral commission to its affiliates. In a unilevel structure, an affiliate is placed on the top of the order and personally recruited affiliates are placed directly under that affiliate.

For example, if the top affiliate recruits new affiliates, they are placed on level 1, directly under the top affiliate. If any of the level 1 affiliates recruit new affiliates, they are placed on level 2, under the one who recruited them and so on.

The company pays referral commission till third level.

GainMax Capital – Advisor Rewards

The company encourages its affiliates to invite and convince others to invest more through weekly as well as daily payments.

  • Plan 1: You need to convince others for investing $10,000 (of which $5000 should be personal referral investment) for receiving $100 a week

GainMax Capital – Review

Fred: This is a bogus system, and nothing makes sense. I wasted my money on these people.

Jeff: I have a feeling that this company is trying to hide the reality and is too naïve inspite of the experience it claims to have in trading.

Conclusion from the above Reviews

The reviews are limited, and I was able to extract few of them. As you can make out, the company cannot be trusted. There are many red flags that make this investment risky.

The Verdict

GainMax Capital claims to have 10 years of experience in trading and claims that it is capable in generating ROI revenue through trading into most influential financial markets around the world.

I am not sure which experience to count when the company is registered few months back. In addition, the video on their website marks that the company requires funds to make huge profit. So, if the company is working from last 10 years and is successful, why isn’t it able to generate such huge revenue to back its trading till date.

The only verifiable source of ROI that exists as of this date, is the affiliate recruitment program. The company is using the funds invested by the new affiliates to pay the existing ones. This is a Ponzi Scheme.

As it happens every time, as soon as the new recruitment freezes and the minimum threshold is reached, MLM companies stop paying its affiliates. Those who join early are able to make some profit, but majority of the affiliates, lose money.

The anonymous admins run away as soon as the platform collapses, leaving the investors sulking due to loss. Because of their anonymity, they cannot be traced easily, making even more hurtful for the people who lose their hard earned money.

Hence, I would suggest to be cautious if you are thinking of investing with GainMax Capital.
